Beyond Play is a platform that allows users to create, play, and monetize games generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Our platform enables creators to publish their games to various platforms including Telegram and Farcaster.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.
  • We are not responsible for the content generated by users or the AI models provided by the Service.

3. User Conduct & Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Beyond Play and its licensors. User-generated content created via our AI tools remains the intellectual property of the respective creator, subject to a non-exclusive license granted to Beyond Play to host, display, and distribute the content on our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Beyond Play, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
